Marketing Coordinator

Mosaic Associates Architects is seeking a candidate to join our marketing & business development team and grow with our firm. Our offices are in the historic Frear Building in energetic downtown Troy, NY.

We’re currently looking for a creative, hard-working, thoughtful candidate for the position of Marketing Coordinator.

Overview of the Position

We are looking for a recent college graduate to join our small Marketing/Business Development Team. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing & Business Development Director and support business development, marketing, social media, and public relations activities. This is an opportunity to learn about the field of Professional Services Marketing from the ground up!

REQUIREMENTS

  • A BA or BS degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or another communication related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ideal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, collaboration, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven assignments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the development and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and related collateral materials
  • Monitor relevant industry sources for project leads.
  • Coordinate and attend Trade Shows and other community events
  • Coordinate Photo Shoots
  • Maintain CRM data
  • Create and manage project descriptions and resumes
  • Maintain website
  • Assist in developing proposal materials
  • Assist in social media planning and engagement
  • Graphic design to support marketing efforts
  • Job also entails use of Canva, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, and Microsoft Teams
