Senior partner Marty Weber was recently featured in “Councilgram”, the monthly newsletter of the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS), for his two-part article entitled “Demystifying Energy Performance Contracting”.
In his article, Marty clarifies the novel concept of energy performance contracting as another method for school districts and BOCES to implement energy savings projects, beyond the traditional voter authorization and design, bid, build protocol.
