Mosaic is hosting our clients to attend the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) virtual panel discussion about the power of aligning pedagogy with furniture selection to make learning spaces work for teachers and students.

Presented by the New York Chapter of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), Mosaic team members Amanda Vottis, ALEP and Steve Lovelett, AIA have led the planning effort.

Program Goals:

  • The traditional classroom has transitioned into a modern, collaborative, learning environment but new spaces and furniture come with a learning curve.
  • Explore the transformative impact that furniture professional development can have educational environments, focusing on enhancing student and teacher success.
  • Learn how designers, furniture specialists, and educators can work together to design learning environments to support individual learning styles and student-centered teaching.
  • Find out the step that is often missed that is key to making new education spaces work.
