Educational facility planning and implementation of district wide improvements. Work started with a Building Condition Survey and Five-Year Plan. A $10.6M capital project was developed from the planning process which included creating a new STEAM Innovation Center at the High School and a STEAM Exploration Center at the Hillcrest Elementary School. Work also included new unit ventilators, asbestos abatement, and flooring replacement at Hillcrest Elementary School; flooring replacement at Woodside Elementary; and new unit ventilators and ceiling repairs in the music area at the High School.
